Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility and Conditions

Leacom strives to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging intact. The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.

Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice, must be provided when requesting a return. Products returned without prior approval or outside the specified return period may not be accepted.

Return Process and Refund Timeline

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with their order number and reason for return. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

After the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase. The time required for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product delivered by Leacom.

Non-Returnable and Damaged Items

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund. In the case of defective or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographic evidence for review.

Leacom reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
