Order Processing and Dispatch

At Leacom, we aim to process and dispatch all orders in a timely manner. Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it is typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. After processing, customers will receive confirmation that the order has been dispatched.

All orders are subject to product availability. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery Timeline and Shipping Charges

Leacom delivers across serviceable locations through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery time is generally between 3 to 10 business days depending on the customer’s location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, regional restrictions, or courier disruptions.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before payment is completed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Leacom shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues and Responsibility

Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, tracking details will be shared with the customer. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided shipping address.

If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to report the issue within 48 hours of receipt by contacting our support team with proper photographic evidence. We will review the matter and provide appropriate assistance.
